# Courtroom

> Courtroom helps the nation's top litigation teams win more high-stakes trials by simulating courtroom decision-makers.

Courtroom is an AI simulation platform for litigation and trial teams. It brings juror and judge perspectives into case strategy from Day 1 of preparation through trial, so teams can test arguments, witnesses, damages theories, and case narratives before they reach a courtroom.

Juries AI and Judges AI are purpose-built for privileged matters. Customer data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Case materials are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, and they are stored and processed in the United States. SOC 2 Type I is in progress. SOC 2 Type II is planned. Enterprise customers can bring their own encryption keys.
