Courtroom Announces Resolution of Litigation Involving Former Cofounder
Press Statement
Juries.ai and its co-founder Vincent Sheu announced today that they have amicably resolved all matters between them. There were no findings of fact or determinations of liability made by or against either party. Following the filing, the parties engaged in a constructive dialogue process and realized that the dispute arose from incomplete information, which has since been clarified.
Juries.ai CEO Elizabeth Grabowski Parikh expresses appreciation for Vincent's role in the company's formation and early development: "I'm deeply grateful for the contributions he made in the company's early phase and wish him the best in his next chapter." As part of the transition, Vincent will serve in an advisory capacity to support product & technical handover and ensure the company's continued success.
Both parties wish each other well in their respective future endeavors.
